Did Casey Anthony Got Convicted? Daughter Caylee Anthony Murder

Casey was found not guilty in Casey Anthony’s murder case.

The defense explained that Caylee drowned in the family pool sometime during the day and that both Casey and George Anthony got panicked and covered up her death.

The prosecution had alleged that Casey used chloroform on her daughter and suffocated by putting duct tape on the toddler’s mouth and nose.

The story came to light in July 2008, when Cindy Anthony called the police in Orlando, Florida, that her granddaughter had been missing for the past 31 days.

Casey first claimed that she was with a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez, “Zanny” which turned out to be one of her many lies.

Caylee’s remains were found in a wooded area not far from Anthony’s home in December 2008.

Casey has been living in South Florida. At first, she had trouble getting back on her feet but still managed to keep her head high.

She tried her hand in photography but she could not continue it as her business drew more attention to her trials and late-daughter than her works.

As of now, she is working as a self-made private investigator. In late December 2020, she had filed documents listing herself as an agent for Case Research and Consulting Services.

Casey has a big plan for her future and hopes that it will change how people see her.
