Dennis Dunaway (born December 9, 1946 in Cottage Grove, Oregon) is an American musician best known for his work as the original bass guitarist for Alice Cooper from 1969 to 1974. He is best known for his work as the first bass guitarist for Alice Cooper. Some of the band’s most well-known songs, such as “I’m Eighteen” and “School’s Out,” were written with him as co-writers.
