Reiss opened his first eponymous boutique in 1971, then launched his own-label menswear company in 1992. He even had different approaches to sell his London-based high-street fashion chain before the credit crunch for $198.66 million. However, despite opening his first store in China, the collapse in world economic activity in late 2008 hit hard.
