Dave Alley Biography
Dave Alley is an American Multimedia Journalist, Anchor, and Reporter, currently working as a News/Sports Reporter and Community Affairs for KCOY Central Coast Local News. Dave worked as a production assistant at KCOY. After a year, he was promoted to a news photojournalist, a position he held for three years. He also served as the main anchor and producer of the Friday Night Blitz football show for more than 10 years.

Dave is somehow private when it comes to matters concerning his family. In his free time, Dave enjoys traveling, golfing and spending time with his family. His passion, strangely enough for someone who grew up on the sunny Central Coast, is hockey and his beloved Los Angeles Kings. Watching the Kings win the 2012 Stanley Cup championship ranks as his all-time favorite sports memory. Dave volunteers his time as a youth basketball and baseball coach and serves on the board of the Eagle Athletic Foundation for Arroyo Grande High School. Dave and his wife Crystal have three children.

Dave broke into the business when he was enlisted as a generation colleague at KCOY. Following a year, he was elevated to news photojournalist, a position he held for a long time. In 2000, Dave moved before the camera just because to move toward becoming the end of the week sports anchor. Following three years in that job, he climbed to sports chief, a position he would hold for the following eight years. During his long residency in the games division, Dave secured games at each level, from youth to secondary school to school to proficient.
Dave is especially pleased with filling in as the principal anchor and maker of the Friday Night Blitz football appear for over 10 years. In 2012, Dave moved from games back to news to turn into an interactive media journalist for the night reports. A half-year later, Dave was elevated to an anchor of the KCOY morning report, Wake Up Central Coast.
Following 2 years in the morning work area, he moved into his present position, a recently made job that enables him to report news and sports stories and furthermore fill in as the network contact for Central Coast Local News.
