By age thirteen, Dappy, Fazer, and Dappy’s cousin, Tulisa, were performing in their band, Lickle Rinsers Crew, all over Camden Town. The group’s early years were supported almost entirely by Dappy’s father. They signed with All Around the World Records in 2006, and released two singles. However, Dappy’s father passed away from a heart attack in 2007, and the group was left in dire straights both financially and emotionally.
