Daniel Jones is an American football quarterback for the National Football League’s New York Giants. He was drafted sixth overall by the Giants in the 2019 NFL Draft after playing college football at Duke.
Jones was awarded MVP of the 2018 Independence Bowl after going 30–41 with 423 passing yards and five touchdowns in a 56–27 victory over Temple during his senior year. He went on to play in the 2019 Senior Bowl for the North team, where he was named MVP after going 8-of-11 for 115 yards and one score.
