Dancing on Ice is back on ITV with the 14th season bringing in new contestants for the show and one of them is the Paralympian medalist Stef Reid.
Reid has been working hard for the competition as she has learned to skate for the show. She will be partnering with the pro skater Andy Buchanan and is set to face the greater challenge from her competitors.
Given her history of winning, Reid must have eyed for the top prize of the reality show and she should not be viewed as an underdog regardless of the situation of her leg.

Now known to the world as one of the greatest track and field Paralympian athletes, she had dreamt of being an international rugby player prior to the accident.
She was 15 when she encountered a boating accident in Canada when she was residing at her family’s lakeside cottage with her friend on the weekend.
She dived into the water when a boat headed towards her which was unaware of her whereabouts. She found herself being lucky to have survived the crash but soon she found out about her right leg being ripped off.
Reid was saved by the country’s best surgeons who had amputated her right leg below the knee.
Now, 37, she is ready to test herself again on the ice skating field where she will be competing on the ITV reality show Dancing On Ice.
Where Is Stef Reid Husband Brent Lakatos Now?
Brent Lakatos is a Canadian-native Paralympian who is currently based in England.
The wheelchair racer is the silver-medalist at the Paralympics.
Brent and Stef have been married for over 13 years and were residing in Dallas, Texas before settling in London in 2010.
Brent had been involved in a skating accident while playing hockey which caused the blood clot to form in his spine, which eventually led his lower body to paralyze when he was 6.

Currently residing in London, Reid lives a happy family life with her husband. They are yet to welcome a child into their family.
