Rolf Harris and his wife Alwen Hughes had only one kid, Bindi Harris, who was born on March 10th, 1964. She was raised in Berkshire, England, where she was born in the United Kingdom.
Bindi became an abstract artist, carrying on her father’s artistic legacy. She received training in her skill at an art school, and she had some success selling her artwork in various exhibitions.
In response to a question about her upbringing at the 2014 trial for her father, she said: “I was always incredibly lonely, it was just me with adults.”
She characterized her father as a “quiet, withdrawn” guy who was pressed for time and did not spend much time with either her or her mother. Even though he was a distant parent, Bindi stood up for her father when his claims were made public.
She disclosed in 2018 that she intended to write a book in which she would stand up for her father.
