Craig Morgan Greer (born July 17, 1964) is an American country music artist. A veteran of the United States Army as a forward observer and current member of the United States Army Reserve, Morgan began his musical career in 2000 on Atlantic Records, releasing his self-titled debut album for that label before the closure of its Nashville division in 2000.
Craig Morgan health update: Did Craig Morgan have a stroke?
Morgan said in a statement that the mass was an intramedullary spinal cord arteriovenous malformation, a rare condition that created problems with blood flow in his spinal cord. The mass caused him to have trouble walking. “My doctor described it as ‘like having a stroke in your spinal cord’,” he said in the statement.
Morgan lives now with haunting what-ifs. He says he does not know exactly what happened on the lake that day, except that it was “a freak accident” — one he would give anything to undo.
