Corinna Everson Actress

Everson began acting after he retired from the game. Her first major film appearance was alongside Jean-Claude Van Damme in Double Effects. In it, she plays Kara, a bone-crushing assassin working for the main antagonist whose efforts to seduce lesbians are rejected by the Danielle character of Alonna Shaw and eventually leading to her downfall. This movie features a variety of violent battle scenes.

Later in the film, her character is killed by the hero, Alex (played, of course, by Jean-Claude Van Damme, after being stabbed to death in a fight. She took a minor role in Natural Born Killers. Then in Ballistic, she replaced with bravado the evil musclewoman role. However, she lost the final epic battle to Marjean Holden as an undercover cop.

Everson has made many appearances on TV with guests, most notably playing Atalanta on Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. Everson was seen on To Say The Truth Game Show in 1991. She has appeared with her friend, Cameo Kneuer in two episodes of The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. Everson was the original host of the BodyShaping fitness show which she also created. Over seven years she also hosted her own fitness program on ESPN, Gotta Sweat by Cory Everson.

Corinna Everson Diet

Cory Everson has no special diet marked with the trademark. Instead, she offered nutritional and dietary advice on her blog (see Resources) until 2009. Most of her guidance focussed on the food’s emotional aspects. She warns against setting a strict diet for after the new year, for example, during the holidays.

This form of technique, Everson says, encourages binge eating before a diet. Everson urges her readers to come up with holiday plans not focused on food. Instead, she suggests planning visits to museums, bowling alleys, and parks. Everson urges people to load up on nutritious vegetables or protein shakes before you leave your home while attending a dinner party. When you arrive at the gathering, that will prevent ravenous conduct.

The simple availability of fast food makes it a convenient, unhealthy replacement for nutritionally higher-value food. Those “fast foods” are filled with fat and sodium, as Everson calls them. By pre-cutting fruits and vegetables, Everson recommends turning nutritious foods into simple snacks, making them readily available for snacking. If your colleagues keep cake, sweets, and cookies available for all to enjoy on a regular basis, break tradition and bring bowls of fresh fruit or vegetables into the office. You may be beginning a pattern.
