Recent Tweets by Congressman Clay Higgins have gone viral on Twitter as well as on other social media platforms.
At first, it was dismissed, with people either agreeing with him or laughing it off. However, the controversy erupted after one of the most popular digital English dictionaries, Dictionary.com, became involved.
Mr. Higgins wrote on Twitter, “You millennial leftists who have never lived a day under nuclear threat can now reflect upon your woke sky.”
“You made quite a non-binary fuss to save the world from intercontinental ballistic tweets,” he added.
The first line seems to be understood by many, but the second line is unclear. And in response to the tweet, the dictionary wrote, ” We’re not sure what this tweet is intended to signify, and we’ve looked up the definition.”
Other lawmakers also got involved in this controversy as they mocked Higgins for the tweet. One even claimed that the situation is not so unusual as Mr. Higgins talks like this every single day.
Clay Higgins Impeachment On The Representative
Congressman Clay Higgins has yet to respond to these Tweets. And many are curious to see what the veteran politician will say to those who mocked him.
Because of his recent posts, rumors about the impeachment of Louisiana Representative Clay Higgins are circulating on the internet.
Don’t believe it because it is all a smear campaign against Higgins. We don’t think anyone would be offended by that tweet.
Furthermore, Mr. Clay is only attempting to discuss the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia. He intends to raise public awareness of Russia’s nuclear arsenal.
Clay Higgins Wife And Family
Clay Higgins and his wife Becca Higgins have been married since 2009. Higgins had previously been married three times.
Eloisa Rovati Higgins was Mr. Clay’s first wife. They had a daughter together, but she died only a few months after she was born.
Higgins and Eloisa divorced in 1991, and he later married Rosemary Rothkamm Hambrice, but their marriage did not last long either, as they divorced in 1999. Kara Seymour was Higgins’ third wife.
The Congressman has four kids, and he currently lives with his partner Becca Higgins in Port Barre, Louisiana.
