Updates On Nick Swardson Health And Affects To His Career

Nick Swardson recently suffered from terrible food poisoning and was hospitalized. Nick discussed his illness in a podcast with Theo Von.

Many fans raised concerns after he canceled several shows and discussed his illness. He was admitted to the hospital for almost three weeks.

Swardson was flying to Denver when he felt uneasy and sick for the first time. He had not been eating anything that day but had only been drinking Vodka, which might have also aided in the food poisoning that he suffered from. He was throwing up everything he drank during the flight.

After getting off the flight, he suffered from bad pain in his stomach. After he did not get better, he asked airport nurses for help, and they suggested he needed to be taken to the hospital immediately.

Nick did not know how bad his condition was, and the doctor gave him false hope claiming he had a 10% chance of surviving.

However, the doctor believed he would not survive any longer and asked Nick to gather his family. But Nick fought through his condition and surprised everyone.

Even though he had to spend almost three weeks at the hospital, he finally got better. The doctor also told him that if he drank more liquor, Nick would not survive.

But the good news is that Swardson did not suffer from any lingering illness and had lethal food poisoning. He explained that he is grateful to be alive and has gone through that; it was a nightmare.

How Is Nick Doing Now?

Nick is doing much better than his last health scare. After recovering from illness, Nick went to rehab to check out his drinking problem.

He is now not suffering from serious illnesses, and he got another shot at life after being so close to “death.”

He is taking his career and life much more seriously after all that has happened. Nick has not missed any shows recently and has been trying to eat and drink healthily. Swardson is fortunate to be alive and often keeps his fans updated with his life through his Instagram account.

This incident happened in 2019, and Nick has been in good health ever since. Swardson is focusing on his career and does not rely on alcohol as he used to before. Swardson is a renowned personality in the entertainment industry, and his fans like to be up-to-date with Nick’s well-being.

Swardson constantly battled his addiction to “alcohol” from an early age. Nick was a disruptive student who struggled with “drugs” and alcohol. He was expelled from school four times for fighting, walking outside to smoke cigarettes while pulling the fire alarm, waving an offensive placard in front of the class, and using “marijuana.”
