How Will Sanders’ Buffaloes Fare Against Other-Ranked Teams?
By no means the 2023 schedule for the team is easy. They face four ranked teams.
One of them is ranked No. 6 in the nation. Caleb Williams’ USC Trojans will visit the Buffaloes at Folsom Field. The 30th September encounter is the most exciting and the toughest one of the year for them.
Likewise, they will welcome the #15 ranked Oregon Ducks as the first big challenge. Other ranked teams they face this year are #18 ranked Oregon State Beavers and #14 ranked Utah State.
Deion and his staff can display their true potential in these fixtures.
The win against the No. 17 TCU was a major upset that no one envisioned from this side. The three-point win seems like a fair warning for all other teams they will face in 2023.
This year’s Buffaloes are the team to follow. They can unpack a whole new level of football and surprise everyone with big blows.
Other top contests
The 16th September fixture opposite the Colorado State Rams will be the battle between the two teams from the same area.
It will be a bragging rights contest for the teams. ESPN will cover the match from 10 pm ET.
Other classics that you must definitely watch include their match against Arizona State Sun Devils, UCLA Bruins, and Arizona Wildcats. The television network and the kickoff time are yet to be announced.
All three were victorious in their last year’s encounter. The Bruins won 45-17, the highest margin among the three.
The Buffaloes will try to hand them a taste of their own medicine in the upcoming matches.
