Clinton Kane drama ensued after the singer allegedly made false claims about his parents demise in 2021. Brooke split up with Clinton after the incident.

In an interview, the singer said that his hit song I’m In Love was born out of the love that he has for his girlfriend. However, his partner broke up with him just the following day the track was released.

The couple was in a nine-month-long relationship from December 2020 until August 2021. Kane was so much in love that he woke up one night and passionately wrote the song in just 20 minutes.

The unexpected turn of events left the singer heartbroken. Accepting the sad reality, he said that there are no hard feelings and he still admires her. He admitted it was a very harsh and annoying feeling but he had accepted it and moved on.

Clinton Parents Are Alive!

Clinton was a guest on the Zach Sang show in June 2022. In that interview, the Australian singer opened up about his grief and how he dealt with it after she lost his mother. 

However, the host didn’t take the news quite well. He insisted whatever Clinton was saying was not true and burst out laughing.

Tana Mongeau was also invited to the same show as a guest in April 2023 in Zach’s show. There she made a shocking claim that Clinton was lying about his mom being dead.

This took the discussion to a whole new level among Reddit users. One user wrote that he/she was shocked when Zach confirmed the claim of Tana because, in an earlier interview, he had introduced Clinton as his best friend.

Furthermore, another user @kycampos reposted a message from earlier which shed light on some facts about Clinton that he had kept hidden. The person claimed he went to school with Clinton while growing up in Brunei. He expressed his amazement at how the singer adopted that Australian accent.

Additionally, the person added that he knows Clinton’s mom and brother since he was 15 or 16 years old. And further added they were both well and alive. He also questioned the singer’s cheap stunt for publicity.

The news was received with heavy criticism and public backlash. So much so, the singer had to come out on his own defense. He posted a photo of a handwritten note on Instagram on January 18, 2023.

In the note, he wrote that he felt disgusted about how he had to sit there and explain his pain and grief to the people who don’t even need explaining. Lastly, he added that this letter was not an apology, but rather an expression.

Brooke Broke Up With Clinton Because Of His Lies

Brooke was invited to a podcast show recently where she revealed that Kane lied many times while they were still together. 

Brooke Schofield ex boyfriend claimed all his music was about the family that he has lost. Truth be told, Brooke said that his loved ones are still alive. 

The users on Reddit believe that all the lies Clinton had been keeping is the main reason why Brooke broke up with the singer. One user suggested that Brooke became aware that Clinton was lying about his mom.

After that, she decided to dig deeper and uncovered more lies hidden under the surface. This all snowballed which left her devastated and ultimately ended the relationship.

Supporting this claim, Schofield admitted that it was a mountain of lies from Clinton that prompted her to end the relationship. She couldn’t explain all those things right away in the media so she simply said he was cheating on her.

Clinton Kane parents welcomed the singer in Perth, Australia in 1998. Clinton traveled around the world with his mom at a young age.

Kane’s mother was of Norwegian descent. She was a Pentecostal pastor by profession. 

Due to the nature of her work, Mrs. Kane was constantly moving to different places around the world. She took her son wherever she went. As a result, Clinton has lived in several places including Greece, Brunie, England, and Las Vegas. 

In 2021, the singer said in the media that his dad hails from Bohol. He is a Filipino with his ancestral roots in the soil of the Philippines.
