Former Speake of The House, Newt Gingrich is in sound health. No, he is not sick. However, his fans and followers are concerned about his health following his massive weight loss.
But the Republican pundit seems to have decided to shed major pounds to avoid that very scenario.
Many people suspected he was sick because his voice was unusually lower and he was having difficulty in speaking for a long period.
Regardless, he has not confirmed anything about his illness or health. Instead made a tweet announcing that he will be on Hannity. And asked his followers to Keep an eye out for @FoxNews and @seanhannity.

On February 17, he also appeared on Fox News to express his displeasure with Vice President Kamala Harris.

Gingrich continues to add, “To send this internationally as a Vice President of the United States begs the question, “Do you despise America?”
And why is she Vice President if she despises America? It’s remarkable.”

Newt Gingrich’s weight loss journey started amidst the pandemic in 2020 after he made his health a top priority. The 78-year-old former Speaker of the House has been noticeably slimmer these days.
When he appeared with his wife, Callista Gingrich, at the 2021 Kennedy Center Honors gala in Washington, D.C., he stunned everyone with his body.
Instead of the artist who made a huge contribution to American culture, it was Newt’s dramatic weight loss that made headlines. He looked sharp in a black tuxedo.
He previously said to the reporter that he made a new year resolution and stuck to it till the last. “No beer, just hard work. It’s difficult for me because I’m a couch potato and a bookworm “He continued.

To achieve his goals, Gingrich reportedly began a program called “Burn Fat, Build Muscle”. It was created by South Florida fitness coach and former Mr. USA bodybuilder John DeFendis.
He is estimated to have measured around 250 pounds at his heaviest and has since lost 30 pounds.
Gingrich was able to accomplish this by embracing healthy eating habits, which included three low-fat, low-salt meals per day, as well as a snack. Furthermore, despite occasional muscle aches, he was committed to daily exercise.

Newt Gingrich is married to his wife Callista Bisek aka Callista Gingrich and lives happily together as a family in McLean, Virginia. Callista is reported to be his third wife.
Previously he was married to Jacqueline May “Jackie” Battley and Marianne Ginther. Jackie was his first wife with whom he wedded in 1962. Unfortunately, she died in 2013 of cancer at the age of 77.
However, the couple was separated way earlier following Gingrich’s affair with Marianne. Gingrich married Marianne six months after his divorce from Jackie was finalized in 1981.
But the pair’s relationship did not last long. Marianne filed for divorce from Gingrich in 1999, just a few months after she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
Their relationship ended because Marianne refused to agree to an open marriage.
Finally, in August 2000, Gingrich married Callista, four months after his divorce from Marianne was finalized.
He does, however, only have two children from his first marriage, Kathy and Jackie. Kathy is currently the president of Gingrich Communications while his other Jackie is an author, conservative columnist, and political commentator.
