Born in Austin, Texas on October 25, 1985, Ciarase finds himself the only child of his parents, Jackie and Carlton Clay Harris. Ciara’s early years were very interesting, but they weren’t stable. This was because his father was an army officer and that meant his family had to travel a lot. It was therefore difficult for Ciara to make friends or find a hobby for herself.
The only child of a military parent, Ciara traveled the world and grew up in Germany, New York, Utah, California, Arizona and Nevada.
