Chuck Woolery Siblings: Meet Sue Woolery

On March 16th, 1941, Chuck Woolery was born Charles Herbert Woolery to Katherine Woolery and Dan Woolery in Ashland, Kentucky. Chuck’s father had a fountain supplies business, and his mother was a homemaker. In 1969 Chuck’s father unfortunately died. Chuck has an older sibling, his sister Sue Woolery.

The popular game show host had his initial days spent as a sales representative at the Pillsbury Company. He later worked as a musician with the trio ‘The Bordermen’ and sang many songs for them too.

This motivated Chuck Woolery to also release five records as a solo artist, and some of the songs like ‘Love Me Love Me’ (1971) and ‘Forgive My Heart’ (1970) were hit with audiences as well! Chuck released these songs with Columbia. He also sang songs for another duo called ‘The Avantgarde.’ Chuck’s country songs like ‘Painted Lady’ and ‘The Greatest Love Affair’ were much appreciated too.
