Christine played the role of (FlashForward) has landed the female lead opposite Stephen Merchant in Hello Ladies, the HBO’s comedy pilot co-written, directed by and starring Merchant.

The project stars the 6′-7″ Merchant as Stephen, a gawky Englishman searching for the woman of his dreams in Los Angeles. Half as charming as he thinks he is and twice as desperate he’s obsessed with infiltrating the glamorous world of beautiful people.

Unfortunately, the beautiful people won’t let him in. I hear Woods will play Jessica, an occasional actress who rents Stephen’s guest house from him.

She denies that there is any chemistry between them and always gives Stephen a hard time in a light-hearted way. In the pilot, Woods joins recently cast Nate Torrence and Kevin Weisman.

Merchant, Lee Eisenberg, and Gene Stupnitsky wrote the pilot and are executive producing. HBO is producing in association with ABC Studios.

A spinoff series Fear the Walking Dead first broadcast on August 23, 2015, and is renewed for a sixth season, while a second yet-named spinoff is currently in development. AMC has announced plans for three films to follow Rick’s story after Lincoln’s departure.

Christina Woods and Christine Woods are also two different people. Christine is an American actor while is a teenage girl who was found killed by a suspect by the name Daniel Lynn. Daniel Lynn was his boyfriend.

Daniel Lynn pleaded guilty to killing his girlfriend whose body was found in a shallow grave in northern Minnesota last year.

Daniel Lynn, 40, of South Bend, pleaded guilty Wednesday to second-degree murder without intent while committing a felony, according to online court records.

Lynn was charged in the death of 28-year-old Christina Woods, also of South Bend. Woods’ remains were discovered last July on property owned by a family member of Lynn’s near Cook, about 100 miles north of Duluth.

Investigators found a fire pit on the property that included metal buttons from jeans and a necklace. Woods’ body was found, wrapped and bound, in a fresh grave. Lynn was captured in a campground near Edwardsburg, Michigan. Sentencing is set for Feb. 25.

Wood was in Winnipeg with her parents in August 2016 when she disappeared from the hotel where they were staying.

Her body was found 10 months later, buried in a farmer’s field, outside Winnipeg. During his trial, Overby admitted to killing Wood in the basement of his home but said he didn’t remember what happened.

Brett Overby was found guilty in May of second-degree murder in the death of 21-year-old Christine Wood.  Woods was stabbed 11 times, her throat was slit and her skull and leg were broken. Traces of blood and evidence of cleanup were found all over Overby’s basement.

Wood’s parents wrote a victim impact statement, which was read out by the Crown attorney, during Overby’s sentencing hearing. The family said Wood didn’t deserve to be left in a shallow grave like garbage.

Her father, George Wood, spoke to reporters at a press conference in Winnipeg on Tuesday after the sentencing.

“We are pleased to see our daughter’s killer brought to justice today,” he said. “It’s not going to bring our daughter back, it’s not going to take away the pain. It’ll always be there.” He also spoke of his daughter’s love of education, fashion, and the Cree language.

While he thanked the police and the courts for how they handled the case, he expressed disappointment in the lack of resources and inappropriate questions asked about his daughter’s character shortly after she went missing.

“I know there’s been talk about closure. To me, there will never be closure. There will always be a missing piece in my heart,” he said. Bunibonibee Chief Tim Muskego supported the parents at the press conference.

“As the chief of my community I will continue to push for the all leadership to work together to create safer spaces for Indigenous women and girls,” said Muskego.
