Robin Ward is a mathematics professor at Rice University in Houston, Texas.
Robin is also a former NASA consultant and an aerospace engineer. She has been working with Rice university since 2007 and is a director of Curriculum Integration for the Rice University School Mathematics Project.
Before working with Rice University, she worked as a Mathematics Visual Arts Instructor with All Saints’ Episcopal School. She also has experience working as an Assistant professor of Mathematics at California Polytechnic State University and the University of Arizona.
Robin completed her high school education at Cardinal O’Hara High School. She gained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Physics.
Furthermore, she acquired her Master’s degree in Mathematics from Villanova University and her Ph.D. in Mathematics Education from the University of Virginia. She was also issued the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) certificate from Coursera in April 2014.
