Woodard was born on 18 July 1999. She shot to internet fame with her “Who is She” loop on Vine. The video she posted in July 2015, under her Vine username chloeLMAO, was also one of the first ones to go viral on the platform. The video features Woodard in a tie-dye, with a large ponytail, with braces, and with A-ha’s “Take On Me” playing the background – what’s not to like?
Her comedic talent quickly earned her near a million followers on Vine. After Vine shut down in January 2017, Woodard took her talents to Instagram, where she now has over 156k followers (as of May 2017.) Her twitter account (@contrachloe) also has a massive fanbase (over 65K.)
