Who Is Chef Nikita Pathakji?

Nikita is a Littleover native who has six years of extensive culinary expertise under her belt. The graduate of Derby High School and Griffe Field Primary worked at Claude Bosi at Bibendum and Core by Clare Smyth, two restaurants in London with Michelin stars.

She is currently a junior sous chef at Kitchen W8, also in London. Isha, Nikita’s sister, stated that she thinks it’s crucial to highlight the talent that has emerged from Derby. She hopes she’ll serve as an example for many young girls who aspire to achieve great things.

I enjoy even the trashy trifle her mother used to make when I was a child. Hartley’s raspberry jelly, canned raspberries, Birds custard, and whipped cream are some of the ingredients. She made an exciting statement about her job. She says that being a chef is physically demanding, requires working under challenging conditions, and has unsociable hours. The finest sensation, however, is when others like the food you’ve made.
