Lyles ordered Clonazepam, a schedule IV prohibited substance, many times in 2020 and 2021 “for her personal use,” according to the police report.
Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine used to treat seizures and panic attacks.

The Department of Health and Human Services Bureau of Drug Control claimed that Lyles ordered quantities of the drug Clonazepam “by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception, or subterfuge.” She asked the drugs to be delivered to her Mount Pleasant office.
