- The Central African Republic tourist visa is issued to Thais traveling for tourism and visitation purposes.
- This visa is valid for 90 days.
- Proof of yellow fever vaccination must be provided.
- Applicants traveling for visitation purposes are required to provide an invitation letter.
- All currency must be declared upon entry into Central African Republic.
- Visitors traveling to the country with minors under the age of 18 must provide an unabridged copy of their birth certificate.

- The organization you will be visiting is responsible for providing the invitation. A copy is acceptable. This letter must:

- Include the full local address and phone number of the organization or person to be visited.
- Request the same validity of visa as in the business introduction letter.
- Specify the number of entries you are requesting for your visa.
- This letter must also state who is going to sponsor the business trip.
- When doing business in the Central African Republic, a basic knowledge of French is necessary.
- The Central African Republic is a member of the Central African Economic and Monetary Union (CEMAC), so business people should take note of this.
