Meet Amber Sabathia
Amber Sabathia, the wife of former All-Star CC Sabathia, is entering the business side of the baseball world, joining CAA sports as a baseball agent.
Amber Sabathia has been a baseball wife for almost 20 years, and now with her husband CC Sabathia retired, she’s starting the next phase of her life.
Sabathia announced on Monday that she’s joined CAA Sports as their newest baseball agent. Sabathia has been with CC since high school and has been by his side throughout his entire career.
She was with him in his early days with the Cleveland Indians, as he dealt with success as a young man. She’s seen him have success with multiple teams, eventually making his way to the New York Yankees and earning a World Series ring.
She’s also seen him deal with failure, helping him through a difficult period when he checked himself into rehab for alcoholism.
