Carl has become an institution in the south with his ‘misty, murky’ weather forecasts.
“He has been a regular part of everyday conversation. His viewers will miss him, workplace staffhe workplace; everybody wishes him a happy retirement.” says the head of the news Andy Cooper from Meridian.
