Capex Life Assurance Company Limited Was incorporated in Year 2000 as a composite Insurance Company. To strengthen the life arm of the company, it acquired 13 insurance companies during the recapitalization period in year 2007 at the home office in Nigeria.
Capital Express became a specialist life assurance company with operations in regional offices of Ghana, Sierra Leone, Gambia, Nigeria and Kenya. The total asset base now is Ksh. 3 billion with an authorised Capital of Ksh. 3.75 billion. In Kenya, the asset for the company is excess of Ksh. 0.5 billion.
