Do you need to flip chicken on a George Foreman?
Place on grill and grill for 6 minutes (with an optimal internal temperature of 165F/74C). Make sure to turn the chicken breasts halfway around the 3-minute mark so they get nice grill marks on both sides.
Why do bone-in chicken thighs take longer to cook?
Dark meat, such as chicken thighs or legs, will take longer to cook, because they have a higher fat content and density. Boneless thighs will take 20 to 30 minutes to cook at 350F (dependent on size). Bone-in cuts will require an extra 15 minutes in the oven.
