Requirements
- Business visa is used to settle estates, sign contracts and attend conferences.
- It can be both a single-entry and multiple-entry visa and it costs $90
- If you will be attending a conference with this visa, you have to provide proof of registration for the conference
- An invitation letter from the company you will be working with in Burundi is required
- The invitation letter should show that the company is a registered one. It should also state the purpose of the trip and who the sponsor of the trip would be
- Whoever will sponsor the trip has to present a recent bank statement showing that there is enough fund to cover the trip
- An employer’s letter is also needed for employed applicants. The letter should be stated on the company’s letter-headed paper and should state that the employer is aware of the trip.
- If you run your own business, you have to provide proof of your business registration
- It is illegal to be either involved in manual labor or to study with this visa
