Mccormick is the ex-spouse of the social media star and businesswoman Elizabeth Rioux. He is a Canadian fitness model, travel blogger, and hockey enthusiast who started his career in 2010. 

Bryan has pleaded guilty to three out of seven charges against him. According to the statement of the fact, he assaulted his then-wife, behaved aggressively, made holes in her wall with his fists, and destroyed objects.

The guilty pleas were on counts of threats of death and mischief, assault, and destruction of objects. McCormick’s trial was due the same day as he recorded his pleading at the Saint-Jérôme courthouse.

After an agreement with the Crown, a conditional judgment of the proceedings got sought for other charges including, harassing communications, forcible confinement, assault with a weapon, and criminal harassment.

Bryan McCormick pleaded guilty to three out of seven charges against him on Monday. These acts are committed in the context of domestic violence and his charges include namely assault, death threats, and mischief.

Domestic violence started in November 2019 and continued till September 2020. Elisabeth filed a complaint with the police on September 29. 

After an agreement on Thursday, he did not have a trial. Neither Elisabeth nor Bryan were present at the courthouse on Monday, and they followed the hearing via videoconference.

Is Bryan McCormick In Hospital?

It is unclear if Bryan McCormick is currently in the hospital. He seemed to be in a good health.

He admitted to threatening Elisabeth’s life by saying he is going to burn her alive, kill her, and shoot her in the head. Bryan even called her crazy and a bad mother, reports Internewscast.

The determination of McCormick’s sentence is yet to be imposed and the lawyers will make their arguments on the case on May 30, 2022.
