Brock Boeser Dad Age – What Happened To Duke Boeser?

The age of ice hockey player Brock Boeser’s dad, Duke Boeser, has not been revealed to the public yet. His hockey player son has kept the personal information regarding his family members out of the public eye. It seems like Brock does not like to mix his personal life and professional life together even-though the player is often seen posting photos of his family, he has still kept their information private.

Nonetheless, the twenty-five-year-old ice hockey player seems like a very caring and loving son to his father. Since his father’s unfortunate injuries and illness, Brock had to go through different difficulties in life alongside his family. Nonetheless, Brock didn’t give up and became a very proud son of his dad.

Brock may not have shared detailed information about his dad’s age, but he proudly shows his love for him through his social media handle @bboeser.

American ice hockey player Brock Boeser’s dad, Duke Boeser, had to go through a series of unfortunate events that made his and his family’s life upside down. In 2010, Duke was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a brain disorder that causes unintended movements. After a few years, Duke had a severe head injury due to his car accident, forcing him to stop working.

In 2017, Duke underwent treatment for his lung cancer, but his lung cancer came back in 2020. When he was getting treatment for his cancer, Duke went through a heart attack. Luckily his doctors saved his life, and he is doing fine right now.

Duke had to face different illnesses and health issues which made him helpless to support his family. After he stopped working, Laurie Boeser, his wife, worked up to three jobs, including serving in a restaurant, office administration, and tax preparation to support Brock and his siblings.

Twenty-five-year-old Brock Michael Boeser was born on February 25, 1997, and is a professional ice hockey player in the National Hockey League for the Vancouver Canucks (NHL). Brock was a member of the University of North Dakota hockey team. 

Brock made his NHL debut in 2017, but before that, he was a prominent prospect with the USHL’s Waterloo Black Hawks and was selected 23rd overall in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft by the Vancouver Canucks. He spent the next two seasons with the University of North Dakota. Boeser represented the United States in the 2016 World Junior Championships, where he helped the team earn a bronze medal.

Brock with his talent in hockey, has been supporting his family and his father with financial needs. As a young teenager, Brock started playing hockey as his official career, and since then, he has made great progress and achievements in his life.

As of 2022, Brock’s mother Laurie does not have an Instagram account or even if she has, Brock has not disclosed any information about it.
