Brittany Murphy Ex-Husband: Meet Simon Monjack

Simon Mark Monjack was an English screenwriter, film director, producer and make-up artist. He was Brittany Murphy’s spouse, an American actress. In November 2001, Monjack wed Simone Bienne in Las Vegas.

The couple separated in 2006. He met Brittany Murphy, an actress, that year. They were wed in a secret Jewish ceremony at their Los Angeles home in April 2007. Prior to being married, the pair seldom appeared in public together and kept their engagement a secret.

Murphy passed away on December 20, 2009, after passing out in their restroom. Pneumonia was eventually identified as the primary cause, with iron deficiency anaemia and drug usage serving as additional contributors.

According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office, Monjack was discovered deceased at his Hollywood home on May 23, 2010.

Her wife, Brittany Murphy was an American actress and singer who was born on November 10, 1977, in Atlanta, Georgia. She began her acting career in the early 1990s, appearing in several television shows and films, including “Clueless” (1995), “Girl, Interrupted” (1999), and “8 Mile” (2002).

She also lent her voice to several animated films, including “Happy Feet” (2006) and “King of the Hill” (1997-2009). She was known for her versatility as an actress and her ability to play a range of characters, from the quirky and eccentric to the dramatic and intense.

Murphy also voiced Luanne Platter on the animated television series King of the Hill (1997–2010). Her final film, Something Wicked, was released in April 2014.

Sadly, Murphy passed away at the age of 32 from pneumonia, with anaemia and multiple drug intoxication listed as contributing factors. Her death was a shock to many fans and colleagues, and her talent and contributions to the entertainment industry are still celebrated and remembered today.
