Brian Deegan is an American professional freestyle motocross rider, racing driver, and a founding member of the Metal Mulisha with a net worth of $10 million. He was the first person ever to do a 360 in competition and named the trick the “Mulisha Twist.” He became the most decorated Freestyle Motocross rider in X Games history. He has a total of ten medals and is the only rider to compete in at least one event in every X Games. He became a born-again Christian after a near-fatal crash in 2005.
Deegan became a pro supercross rider with Team Moto XXX at a young age of 17. At the LA Coliseum last 1997, Brian Deegan won the 125cc main as he ghost rode his bike across the finish line. It became the beginning of what we know today as Freestyle Motocross.
In 2012, he had his Metal Mulisha Monster truck debut. Deegan drove the truck himself in Phoenix, Arizona at Chase Field. He was scheduled to drive the truck at the Monster Jam World Finals 13 but injured himself while in driving practice, so Todd LeDuc replaced him.
At the Global Rallycross Championship, Deegan raced an OlsbergsMSE Ford Fiesta. In 2012, he became a runner-up. He was fourth in 2013 and twelfth in 2014. Last 2015, the Chip Ganassi Racing hired him to compete in the seven Global Rallycross Championship races in an M-Sport Fiesta with former professional motocross rider Jeff Ward.
