More than 15 ex-workers alleged him for abusing his power in the workplace and spoke about him to BBC’s Disclosure program. According to the workers, Mr. Matt made female bartenders feel uncomfortable and powerless.
However, James claimed the allegation to be false via his Twitter account. Katelynn Ising, an ex-worker at a BrewDog bar in Ohio, warned the new girls not to catch Matt’s attention when he appears in the bar.
She suggested not to hang around Mr. Watt as he misbehaved female bartenders.
