Biodun Okeowo popularly called Omobutty was born Abiodun Sofuyi Okeowo on the 26th of December 1971. She hails from Remo in Ogun State. The actress grew up in a polygamous home in the Fadeyi area of Lagos.

Biodun Okeowo grew up in Lagos State where she completed her primary and secondary school education respectively, before she further to study at Lagos State University (LASU). She graduated with a degree in Communication arts at the university of Lagos.

Career

Bidoun started her acting career in 2006, After graduating from the higher institution. She got her first role in the movie “Eniyemi”, She subsequently got featured on Tolani Osirin which brought her to hall of fame.

She got her nickname coin from her self produced movie “Omo butty” and has produced and co-produce other movies such as Folashade, Ore, Aturota. Since her debut into the Nollywood, she has over 150 movies to her credits.
