Bindi Harris was born on March 10, 1964, she is the only child of Rolf Harris and his wife Alwen Hughes. She was born in the United Kingdom and grew up in Berkshire, England.
Bindi followed in her father’s creative footsteps and became an abstract artist. She trained in her craft at art school and found some success exhibiting her pieces in several galleries.
When asked about her childhood at her father’s trial in 2014, she replied: “I was always incredibly lonely, it was just me with adults.” She described her father as a “quiet, withdrawn” man, who did not have much time for her or her mother.
Despite him being an absent father, Bindi defended her father when his accusations came to light. In 2018 she revealed that she planned to publish a book that would defend her father.
