He was arrested for a 30-years old Asian using racial slurs. The woman claimed she became a victim of a hate crime.
The incident had taken place on September 15, 2021, in the Balcon parking lot in Beverwil, Toronto, for which Jennifer is demanding to handcuff Jason and even has requested help from the entire Asian community.

Jason Riach is the founder of social envi, who is currently working at Stay-at-home-parent. He is also a marketing consultant.
Jason, who is alleged as an assaulter, is from Beverly Hills, California, United States whereas, Jennifer Chen is a Canadian woman.
Jennifer claimed that Jason used racial slurs and punched her, which left her with both physical and mental trauma along with a concussion, lip laceration, toothache, and multiple tooth root fractures.
On September 15, 2021, Jennifer Chen was sitting in the parking lot to pick up her son from school. By the time Jason Riach arrived and attempted to park his car.
While parking the car, Riach allegedly repeatedly honked at her for taking too long to park the vehicle, and right after that, Jason came up to her and punched her.
But when Jennifer tried to film him, he denied beating her. He instead claimed that she assaulted her.
She claimed that Jason was with his minor kids in his car, who are assumed to attend the same school where her son goes.

Jennifer Chen has reportedly filed a complaint at the police department of Los Angeles, Los Angels Police Department (LAPD).
