How I lost 4 kg in 1 week after IU diet plan

In Korea country, There is one of the most popular celebrity weight loss diet plans, which was is IU’s diet Plan.
Before pursuing a career in entertainment, I.U. Was a chubby teenager, who was advised to lift some weights to try seriously to pursue a career in singing.

Since IU was already a very beautiful celebrity to begin with, and losing her weight made her even more beautiful.
Inspired by her story, I decided to do a little research on how fast she could lose weight. However at this time, I want to be careful that my decision to lose weight was due to the fact that I had put on some weight over the summer. I want to keep my weight at least moderate, as I try to do it in a healthy way.
Before I share more about my experience, I would also like to warn that the IU weight loss rule should not last more than 2 weeks, as it is not healthy! It is not advisable to lose more weight at the same time, as it can cause fatigue and other physical weakness.

Details behind IU’s diet plan

IU Diet Plan
The IU diet is also known as the “diet of myopia”. This is a diet plan by K-pop artists to reach standard weight again in preparation for their music or in preparation for their comeback. Most idols eat without restrictions when their performance season ends, so the MyProa diet provides them with a quick and hassle-free way to “return” their physique.
For IU’s diet plan, its three meals look like this:
  • An apple at breakfast
  • Two sweet potatoes for lunch
  • A protein shake for dinner
  • The diet plan lasts for a week until it regains her normal weight. At this pace, she consumes only 300 calories a day on top of daily activities and busy schedules. With this, he can lose 5 kg in 5 days.
My attempt to try IU’s diet plan
The first day of the planned diet plan I ate the second day as I had planned, but I got dizzy a few days before due to lack of proper “dinner”.
Then I decided to switch to a modified diet plan incorporating vegetables into the dinner plan.
My (revised) diet plan
  • An apple at breakfast
  • Two sweet potatoes for lunch
  • A protein shake and a plate of 5 broccolis for dinner
  • After following a consistent diet plan for about 7 days (it was incredibly difficult to resist the temptation of breakfast), it yielded results!
I was able to lose some fat and was happy to get back to my normal weight again!
However, the last week of the diet plan has also been the hardest week in my entire life (of course). It took a lot of courage and determination not to reach a snack bar on the way. I would not advise you to do this for long, 2 weeks seems too long for me too!
Some YouTubers have also tried the Diet Plan of the IU, but like me they strongly advise you not to increase it beyond a week.
I hope you find this information useful! IU’s inspiring story put me at the forefront, because I believe that if IU can do it, I can too!
