Bernard Kyamanywa (født 1938) er en tidligere prest i den lutherske kirken i Tanzania.

Han er kjent som forfatter av salmen «Han er oppstanden. Halleluja!», som er skrevet til en tanzaniansk folkemelodi. Den ble oversatt til engelsk i 1969 av Howard Olsson, som da var misjonær i Tanzania. I 1979 ble den oversatt til norsk av Anne Margrethe Brodal. Salmen er også oversatt til svensk og tysk, og finnes i Norsk Salmebok og Norsk salmebok 2013. Kyamanywa skrev salmen mens han var teologistudent, og har ikke skrevet mer enn i alt fem salmer.
