The brilliant artist Benjamin Aitken was arrested over meth charges and gun possession when the detectives knocked on the door to execute a search warrant on 26 October.
In his Melbourne apartment, police allegedly discovered a major drug-dealing corporation during their search. The authorities found more than 90 grams of MDMA which later turned out methamphetamine.
They also found cocaine, ketamine, acid, mushrooms, cannabis, and prescription medication, according to the police.

In addition to drugs, the officers also discovered a Winchester 12-gauge shotgun and 17 rounds of ammunition, which had been stolen from its registered owner during a burglary in Lavington, NSW in 2002.
They even found thousands of dollars in cash, a money counter, and six iPhones. On the devices, police found messages on the encrypted app Wickr referring to drug trafficking.
Benjamin Aitken along with his friend Shannon McCulloch was charged with drug trafficking and the maximum jail time for trafficking is 25 years.

After the alleged drug case, his lawyer, Ms. Franjic built a very good case of releasing him. As per his bail requirement, his passport was forfeited and he must join a residential drug rehabilitation facility.
Ms. Franjic even managed to grant him to practice art for two-hour every Thursday during his lengthy rehab stay.
