According to Mass Live, he reportedly paid three men $5k to kill his estranged lover Shelley’s husband Robert Stears. And, the reason was when Cipriani asked Shelley to move in with him after their affair, Shelley refused that proposal and also refused to leave her then-husband, Robert.
