Roethlisberger was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers with the 11th overall choice in the 2004 NFL Draft, behind Eli Manning and Philip Rivers.
I’m on the fence about his induction into the Hall of Fame. I’m unsure if an athlete’s conduct should be considered off the field.
Ben was twice accused of rape in 2009 and 2010. If Andrea McNulty voted for the Hall of Fame, she would choose “no.”
So would a different unnamed woman. Only seven months separated two rape allegations against Roethlisberger.
