According to BBC, Amrit Magar from Edgware is a Nepali man charged with stalking British number one tennis player Emma Raducanu.
Amrit Magar, the 35-year-old man was convicted at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Friday 28 January 2022 and will be sentenced at a later date.
Amrit apparently traveled to the London suburb where Miss Raducanu lives with her parents and was captured on door camera footage leaving a note saying the teenager deserved love.

Amrit Magar is a former Amazon delivery executive as reported by BBC news. He is of Nepalese origin living in Edgware, the United Kingdom is married.
The Daily Mail and other media outlets also have also reported the news regarding the middle-aged man who has been found guilty of stalking Emma Raducanu and tracking her address.
Amrit first visited Emma’s home on 23 November in south-east London. Upon arriving at her home, he left flowers and a hand-written note in hope of meeting the 19-year-old star.
The note had the names of his wife, Bina, and dog, Logan. As he was confronted by her parents, he told them that he was a delivery driver dropping off the gifts for the tennis player.
The note stated, “Nothing to say, but you deserve love. From me, Bina & Logan”.

Amrit then visited Emma’s home again on 2 December. But it started getting creepy when he left another note, a map he drew showing he walked 23 miles from his home to her place to meet her.
His last visit was on 4 December and decorated a tree in her front garden with Christmas lights. He also stole a pair of shoes believing it was hers. However, it shoes belonged to Raducanu’s father.

Emma Raducanu’s father Ian Raducanu received a notification on his phone while Amrit was on their front lawn during his last visit.
As he began running, her father followed him to the nearby bus station and reported him to the police. He was then detained on harassment and stalking charges.

Her father gave the evidence to the authorities and Amrit also said he was ashamed of his actions and knowing it upset her.
District Judge Sushil Kumar upon finding him guilty said how he did not think this was harassment as Amrit was unable to explain himself.
He was bailed on the grounds that he does not contact Miss Emma and her parents and visit the street they live on.

Amrit Magar’s wife is Bina Magar who is also of Nepalese origin. His family is deeply embarrassed by his current activities and is hoping they forgive him.
Amrit’s other information as his children and parents is not available so far. His current job is also not discussed as he is unemployed at the moment.
As he was found guilty at Bromley Magistrates’ Court, he will be sentenced next month.
