Template: a number of problems Born on March 9, 1939, in Indonesia, Bob Sadino (born March 9, 1939) is a wealthy businessman who specialises in the cattle industry. He is a prominent Indonesian businessman who has advocated for the concept of entrepreneurship in the country. In Indonesia throughout his time period, only a small number of individuals took risks and took the initiative in their companies. Sadino, the founder and CEO of Kem Chicks, Kem Foods, and Kem Farms, began his company by selling domestic chicken eggs door to door to a small number of customers. Due to the fact that domestic chicken eggs were not widely available in Indonesia at the time, his products were only bought by expats who resided in Kemang (a region in Indonesia), as well as a small number of Indonesians who had previously lived overseas. Because domestic chicken eggs became more popular over time, Sadino’s company saw a considerable expansion. Sadino subsequently extended his company by selling chicken flesh, which became a huge success. He published two books, both of which included his own perspective on conducting business.

People appreciate his unusual point of view, which he refers to as “Stupid Learning,” which holds that we do not need to be intelligent in order to start a company, but that we may utilise our dullness to get started. An educated guy will spend his time thinking about which ideas should be implemented, and then at the end of the day none of his ideas will become reality, as shown by the parable of the foolish man who starts conducting business as soon as an idea comes into his mind. Sadino also stresses that theory is worthless if it is not put into action. Besides that, he has a distinguishing characteristic in that he almost always dresses in short-sleeved shirts and shorts on most occasions. Even when he visited with Suharto, a former Indonesian president, he maintained his dress code for the occasion.
