This was our fourth return to the Balkan Jewel, twice skiing and our second summer holiday here.
What a wonderful warm welcome we received too!
The staff are so friendly and helpful , nothing is too much trouble for them!
The food in the restaurant was superb, eating there quite a few days at lunchtime as we were around the pool , the weather being glorious all week.
