Back In The Groove HULU cast follows three single ladies Steph, Sparkle, and Brooke in their forties looking to start a new romantic life.
Set in an exotic location, we get to see the three women stuck in the grind of everyday lives, trying to start afresh, will step out of their comfort zone, and check into The Groove Hotel, an exotic resort on the island of the Dominican Republic. The goal is to rediscover their romantic life, live cheerfully, and hopefully, find love with men younger than themselves.
Twenty-four young and hot men will help the ladies find their groove. If not, the boys will head back home empty-handed. Quentin Lloyd, a 29-year-old police officer, is among the dazzling young blood looking for love in The Groove Island.
These three women can find the perfect fling, friendship, true love, or something in between at the Groove hotel. More importantly, they will get a chance to take control and break through the double standards older women face every day. And to have some fun in the meantime.

Taye Diggs As The Host
Tay Diggs will host a reality show with Back In The Groove for the first time.
Diggs, the 51-year-old, is an American actor known to the public for his roles in the Broadway musical Rent and the TV show All American. Back In The Groove draws its inspiration from the 1998 rom-com, How Stella Got Her Groove Back, which starred Tom Diggs and Angela Bassett.
Diggs will look after the contestants of this unscripted show and set them up for some quality time and exciting challenges. We will get to watch him handle the drama and emotions inside The Groove Hotel.
Diggs co-hosted The Grio Awards on 26 November 2022 with Sheryl Underwood. On 14 March 2022, he hosted the Critics Choice Awards for the fourth time. He is one of the main casts in All American, a sports drama TV series from CW. The show started in 2018 and currently running on its fifth season.

Twenty-four hot and dashing men will be joining the three ladies in the paradise, The Groove Hotel. And they are single and ready to mingle.
Hunter, 26, from Tucson, Arizona; Steven, 22, from Miami, Florida; Gary, 30, from Cleveland, Ohio; Cru, 30, from Provo, Utah; Luis, 28, from Miami, Florida; Giuseppe, 29, from Las Vegas, Nevada, Leroy, 28, Philadelphia, Pennslyvania, Akio, 29, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Lee, 27, from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Tashi, 32, San Francisco, California are among those twenty-four.
We will meet the rest of the young men on 5 December after the premiere of the TV show. These young men will help the three single ladies at the resort to find their groove and give their best to impress them. But everything is not as straightforward as it seems. There is a big secret that lies hidden inside the four walls of the Hotel.
Drama is guaranteed in the show. Hunter has a severe mummy issue which has always attracted the 26-year-old to older women. And of the biggest secret kept from the contestants is that one of the three women is the mother of the 22-year-old Steven.
Back In The Groove HULU Trailer And Release Date
The special four-night premiere releases on 5 December.
Two episodes will be available daily for streaming on HULU on 8 December onward. There will be eight episodes in total.
The show’s trailer was uploaded by Hulu on YouTube on 22 November 2022. The trailer has attracted 11K viewers in just nine days.
The reality show is filmed on the exotic island of the Dominican Republic. The main cast and other contestants will be staying at the resort named The Groove Hotel.
