Azola Mlota (born 17 April 1993), is a South African social media personality and public relations specialist.
Early life and education
Azola was born in Eastern Cape, South Africa. He studied public relations at the Central University of Technology.
Career
In 2017, he established a public relations agency that deals with public relations of events, social media campaigns and promotions.
Azola has had the opportunity to work with brands such as Trace Mobile, Viceroy DJ Competition Search 2016, the Golden Bean Music Awards and the Mzansi Kwaito and House Music Awards, where he is Head of public relations and Social media communications. He has also been interviewed on SABC 2’s Morning LIVE, Cliff Central and radio stations such as Metro FM, 702 Talk Radio, IKwekwezi FM, Kofifi FM.
In February 2019, Azola was identified as one of the leading social media influencers by SABC 1’s talk show Daily Thetha.
He is known for being behind the Twitter hashtag #UMjoloWithAzola.
