INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background of the Study
The teacher has very important role to play in other to succeed in his/her work but if children are properly motivated then learning become meaningful and successful.
“Motivation” come from Latin word “Mooveers” which means to move. We can then say that in its literal meaning, motivation is the process of arousing or attracting movement in the individuals towards the achievement of some goals. Motivation is internal and external factors that stimulate desire and energy in people to be continually interest committed to a job, role or subject or to make an effort to attain a goal. Motivation provides us the energy to pulse outcomes. It is essentially about commitment to doing something from ourselves.
