A man has been held in custody after being accused of committing random attacks on a woman and two men in Dublin’s St Stephen’s Green.
Ruzmond Muwaniri, of Dublin 7’s North Circular Road, was apprehended on Wednesday and is being held at the Garda station on Pearse Street.
