He is a politician and former actor from India who primarily appeared in Tamil films. From 2011 until 2016, he served as the opposition’s leader in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly.

Time of India reported that a well-known doctor from London would travel to Dubai to instruct the man in walking and speaking.
A decision about whether Vijayakanth will receive medical care in Dubai or travel to London for training will be made after he has had a medical test. He reportedly traveled to the US for medical care as well.
Vijayakanth was rumored to have spent a few weeks in the US before departing for his native country after the medical procedure is complete.
