The couple has continued to hang out and interact with stan accounts dedicated to them, dubbed Tiland. They appear to have confirmed their relationship since then.

Tiffany Mitchell and Kyland Young have been in the same alliance this season, the very successful Cookout, but they haven’t always agreed.
Their relationship has been, at best, rocky. After all, during Tiffany’s previous reign as HOH, she put Kyland on the market, even though it was widely assumed that Sarah Beth Steagall was her actual target.
Even so, she cast a sympathy vote for Sarah Beth rather than voting to ensure that Kyland stayed.
Even though they haven’t had a full-fledged fight, Tiffany once shared some iconic words with Kyland, words that appeared to be only half-joking.
Their rivalry has only grown stronger as the season has progressed as cookout members who have already won in many competitions.
During her HOH, she also nominated Kyland and Sarah Beth. She was irritated when he campaigned for Cookout ally Hannah Chaddha to use the Power of Veto on him, believing he was trying to save Sarah Beth.
However, following her eviction, they reaffirmed their final two agreement.
While he intends to stick to it, she has revealed that she only wants to accompany Hannah until the end. They most recently competed in an endurance HOH and refused to throw it at each other.
